Established in 2013, Monarch Property Management & Realty was founded with one simple mission — to bring integrity, expertise, and exceptional service to property management in Las Vegas. At Monarch, we believe that every property deserves the highest level of care, and every client deserves a trusted partner who treats their investment as their own.

Our Story

Monarch was created by Marcella Quezada, a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in property management. Since 2006, Marcella has built her career around leadership, community service, and a commitment to excellence.

Her journey in real estate began long before Monarch was born — serving as a full-service property manager and earning respect across the Las Vegas market. Over time, her passion for client success and her dedication to raising industry standards inspired the creation of Monarch, where clients can experience real property management done right.

Meet Our Founder — Marcella Quezada

Marcella Quezada is the Owner and Broker of Monarch Property Management & Realty. Her outstanding career has been recognized through numerous industry honors and leadership roles:

  • Named one of NAHREP’s “Top 250 Latin Agents”
  • Featured in Top Agent Property Manager Magazine (2017)
  • Honored as LVR REALTOR® of the Month
  • Served on the boards of WCR, NAREB, MLS, VAREP, and NARPM
  • Member and leader of Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) Committees, including roles as PM Committee Chair and Vice Chair
  • Holds professional designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RRG (Risk Reduction Graduate), and GREEN

Before launching her real estate career, Marcella built a foundation in leadership as a district manager in the food service industry, managing people, operations, and performance at scale.

Outside of her professional achievements, Marcella is proud to be a mother of quintuplets — plus one! Her personal journey reflects her strength, balance, and dedication — qualities she brings into every client relationship.

As the engine behind our operations, Samantha brings a wealth of leadership and industry expertise to the team. A 2026 LVR Leadership graduate, she is deeply committed to the professional real estate community, serving as the VAREP Secretary and an active member of several LVR committees, including Property Management, YPN, Education, and Community Outreach. Samantha’s dual role as a licensed agent and property manager ensures that our clients receive high-level oversight backed by the latest industry standards and a heart for service.
