A 2026 LVR Leadership graduate, she is deeply committed to the professional real estate community, serving as the VAREP Secretary and an active member of several LVR committees, including Property Management, YPN, Education, and Community Outreach. Samantha’s dual role as a licensed agent and property manager ensures that our clients receive high-level oversight backed by the latest industry standards and a heart for service.

Juliette provides high-level support to the executive team, managing complex schedules and specialized projects. She offers full bilingual (English/Spanish) communication services, ensuring clear and accurate correspondence for our diverse client base.

Carla manages the administrative workflow for the office. She oversees daily operational tasks, coordinates between departments, and ensures that all client documentation and office protocols meet internal quality standards.

Mona Clair handles core administrative functions, including data management, client inquiries, and general office support. She ensures the consistency of our daily clerical operations and assists in maintaining efficient office logistics.
